Reflection: This quote means that if you don't have goals in mind, you will not be successful. An example of this quote is when you are determined to achieve straight A's. This person knows what ambitions they desire in life. This person will be successful. Another example is when someone doesn't do their homework. This person will not be successful because they do not have goals. If you don't know what you truly want to achieve, you will not be successful. Choose the right.What Mr. Glasgow is trying to say is that without goals in your life you will never become successful. I agree with him because without goals in your life, you wouldn't have anything to strive for. You wouldn't be living, you'll just be managing. People whop don't have high goals or a lot of goals won't ever become successful. The only way to go far in life is to set high goals and reach them. Without goals life would just be pointless to you.

Reflection: What this quote means that not everyone will do what's right. Many people will make the wrong choices, but may think they're right. You should always do what's right, even if it's not common. You can make a change in the world. For example, a person that smokes is choosing the wrong. This person is killing their brain cells and making the wrong choices. If you make the wrong choices, you will not succeed. Another example is when someone does their homework. This person is choosing the right. This person will be successful. If you want to be successful in life, you need to choose the right.Anything that's popular doesn't mean that its going to be the right thing to do or the right choice. Maybe you don't want to do the right thing because it not what everyone else does and its not popular. But it is the right thing and that's all that matters. Who cares if others don't do it. If its the right thing you do what you're supposed to do.

                  A Choice: Poverty or Prosperity

Reflection: This quote by Dr. B.Carson mean that you can accomplish anything when you you work hard for it .You have determination and that will get you far. You have to educate you self in school and out side of school. Education is the key to life and life is the door . Like Dr. Ben he went to the bottom of his class to the world known doctor to running for present determination got him there and his hard work to .Be like Ben and educate your self ! This quote states that poverty is more than a choice than anything else.Also this quote means that you need to work hard and do whats best for you.I agree with this quote because any one can change and they can make there life better. Another reason why I do agree with this quote is because you need to work hard in order to achieve you dreams in life.An example would be never give up work hard and poverty is a choice and you can change that. Another example would be you need to work hard in order to achieve you goal but that is your decision in life.Anyone can change there life in a good successful positive way.Also Ben did not grow up rich but he made a change and in the future he became a successful surgeon.I think that anything can happen and you can make a change for yourself and choose whats right for you.Choose the right thing and you will become a successful person.

Presidents Day is an American holiday celebrated on the third Monday of February. Originally established in 1885 in recognition of George Washington. It is officially " George's Birthday"  by the federal law. George, Lincoln , and William were all born of February but none are close to the date they wanted it to be Presidents day but by law they decided to make it the 3 Monday of February. I honor of the man who commanded the Continental Army and led the American colonies to victory in the Revolutionary War, served as the first president of the United Sates of America. He earned the sobriquet " The Father of our Country," Washington's Birthday was celebrated with more patriotic than any other holidays such as Fourth of July.The holiday became more popular and became known as Presidents Day . After it was moved as part if 1971's Uniform Monday Holiday Act an attempt to create more three-day weekends for the nation's workers.

Reflection: What this quote is saying hat if you do something right it has no reason for someone to say it is not the right thing. And if you do wrong a person shouldn't say thats the right thing to do because it is not. For example if a person wants to cross the street where they should't cross you should stop even though you  now you shouldn't.  Even though you know you are not suppose to you should stop and let the people walk because you know it is the right thing to do. Another example is if someone wants to cross where there is a sign to cross you shouldn't just go because you might end up running over them. You should stop because or else you are choosing the wrong. You should always do the right even though people might say its wrong. And never do the wrong even if people say it's the right. If someone say that what you are doing is not right you need to make sure it is. If someone tells you that you are doing whats right you need to make sure it is.

 Reflection: what this is trying to say that when you have someone with a positive additude in your life you are a very different person. You are a different person because you have more positivity in your life. You have someone to boost you up when your down. Or when your going to do a marathon you need someone telling you that your are going to do great not that your are going to fail. You need a friend like Tigger from Winnie the Pooh. He is a great person to boost up your self confidence. You need enthusiasm which is enjoyment in your life because if you don't the  your life is nothing it would be so boring. I would not say i am Tigger but i don't like putting myself but i sometimes do with others . I would say i'm Eeyore because i give up on anything. But overall what this quote is saying that when you have some enjoyment in your life you have a huge change in your life.
