 Reflection: what this is trying to say that when you have someone with a positive additude in your life you are a very different person. You are a different person because you have more positivity in your life. You have someone to boost you up when your down. Or when your going to do a marathon you need someone telling you that your are going to do great not that your are going to fail. You need a friend like Tigger from Winnie the Pooh. He is a great person to boost up your self confidence. You need enthusiasm which is enjoyment in your life because if you don't the  your life is nothing it would be so boring. I would not say i am Tigger but i don't like putting myself but i sometimes do with others . I would say i'm Eeyore because i give up on anything. But overall what this quote is saying that when you have some enjoyment in your life you have a huge change in your life.
