This quote is saying that if you decide to choose the wrong your should not be happy about it. If you shoot and kill soemone , you should not be glad becuase you just destroyed someones life. You shall never feek happy about doing someothing bad. You should never feel right about doing something that is not good. You are not going to be or feel happy because you either hurt someone or you hurt yourself. Feeling right about something bad is just wrong because that means you are not a CTR person.
