Reflection: What this quote is trying to say is that if you say you are going to do something then you should do that. If you don't do what you said you were going to do a certain day or time then you are breaking promises. You are making people thing that you are not responsible and they will have a reason to not choose you in what ever it is you want. You need to learn to keep track of your time and days so you make sure you attend or go to the meeting you needed to go to. For example if you tell your coach that you will be late to practice and say I will be there at 4 then you better make sure you do or else she is going to think you forgot and just went home and that is so irresponsible. Another is when someone promises do buy something for the party and forgets. That is a CTW person who will never get chosen again to do things. Don't break promises and be a CTR person.
