This quote means that you dont need to follow people to find richness and the goods. You need to do your own thing and find deep in your body what will lead you there. You dont need to foollow someones cruel rules just to get a little money. The money is you because you will go to school study and maybe after that you will be the one telling others what to do. This is saying that the money is in you , you just have to find it.
